Digital Transformation Hub for community organisations

One of the phase-two COVID grants from Gandel Foundation was allocated to Infoxchange to help establish the digital transformation hub for charities.

The grant, provided in partnership with the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation, will offer and deliver broad-ranging support to community organisations to meet their self-identified technological needs and gaps.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted ongoing technology challenges faced by for-purpose organisations. In response to this, the Infoxchange Group is leading a cross-sector partnership to assist organisations on their digital transformation journey.

The Digital Transformation Hub will bring together capacity building programs, access to technology solutions, web-based resources and tailored advice to help organisations have an even greater impact.

“COVID-19 caused enormous disruption to the way we work. It emphasised how important it is for not-for-profits to have efficient, reliable technology in place to keep supporting communities and making the biggest impact possible,” said Infoxchange CEO David Spriggs.

The Hub will offer four key areas of support: access to technology (ie donated or discounted hardware or software); access to expertise (advice and guidance through an ‘expert bar’); access to resources (curated content design such as IT strategy/governance, cloud technology, online presence) and access to digital training.
