The COVID-19 pandemic continues into 2022 and the whole world is trying to find ways to deal with the latest challenges posed by the virus. Just as we did in 2020 and 2021, our family will continue doing what we can to support people and families most in need, through the various charities and for-purpose organisations that are on the frontline of humanitarian efforts.
The struggle continues, but we are a resilient nation and we are blessed with many committed, passionate and selfless doctors, nurses, emergency teams, carers, social and aid workers who are doing everything in their power to support the community. In December 2021 Gandel Foundation announced our fourth phase of COVID-19 grants and funding in support of a range of organisations with a singular focus on food security needs of various vulnerable groups in our society. No one knows what the rest of 2022 will bring, but we stay committed to helping the Australian people and our charity partners throughout this year and beyond.
